Senior Relationship Manager – Credit (Perth)

About the role

ANZ’s Business & Private Bank is expanding its Property and Health portfolio and is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Credit to lead a portfolio of commercial customers in Perth. You will work closely with an Assistant Manager and a range of product partners to grow the business through new acquisitions, deeper relationships and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of property and health sector clients with a customer‑centric approach.
• Structure and negotiate credit facilities in collaboration with product partners and the credit team.
• Conduct credit and industry portfolio analysis to support proposal recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Group audit, QA and regulatory standards.
• Work with lending services and operations to minimise provisions and non‑lending losses.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial credit underwriting, preferably within property or health sectors.
• Proven ability to grow a client portfolio and increase share‑of‑wallet.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on risk management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
