Senior Recruitment Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Director to lead and grow our recruitment desk. You will own the full sales cycle, build client and candidate pipelines, and shape the strategic direction of the business while enjoying full autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a cold desk, generating revenue as a 360‑consultant.
• Expand the desk by hiring and mentoring assistants or junior recruiters when appropriate.
• Leverage our AI‑driven CRM and premium resources to win enterprise and government tenders.
• Collaborate with contracts, compliance, and back‑office teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to the five‑year strategic plan and drive growth across executive search, blue‑collar, white‑collar, permanent and labour‑hire services.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruitment with strong revenue generation.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and ready to take ownership of a business unit.
• Comfortable working independently and making strategic decisions.
• Desire to achieve higher earnings and professional growth.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with AI‑driven recruitment platforms).

What we offer

• Average first‑year earnings around $400,000‑$600,000 with 80% commission and no threshold.
• Guaranteed base salary of $90,000 for the first year.
