About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join leading recruitment businesses in Sydney. The role is ideal for 360 recruiters who want to grow their career in a dynamic market, whether you are already based in Sydney or considering relocation from the UK or Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of specialist sectors, including property, construction, renewable energy, finance, technology and business support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a relationship‑led service.
• Generate new business opportunities and meet consistent billing targets.
• Build and expand your own desk, inherit established markets, and potentially lead a team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Strong 360 recruitment background with evidence of consistent billing.
• Relationship‑focused approach to both clients and candidates.
• Ambition to develop a long‑term career in the Sydney recruitment market.
