Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office, specialising in permanent white‑collar placements within the construction sector. You will work with established clients and warm leads, while also driving new business to grow your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit for key white‑collar roles across commercial and residential construction, such as Project Managers, Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Estimators.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process – from client briefs and candidate sourcing to placement and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers, project leads and industry professionals.
• Apply a consultative, quality‑driven approach to match the right talent with the right projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your desk.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, preferably within construction or technical markets.
• Strong understanding of white‑collar construction roles and project lifecycles.
• Proven business development instincts with the ability to generate and convert opportunities.
• Relationship‑focused mindset with high attention to candidate and client care.
• Driven, proactive and ready to contribute to a high‑performing team.
