Senior Recruiter – Australia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Australian team. The role is hands‑on and will own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Australia and New Zealand business while partnering with clinical and business leaders. You will combine tactical execution with strategic insight to strengthen our staffing capability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment from role briefing through offer management and onboarding.
• Proactively source, assess and secure high‑quality talent using cost‑effective and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet hiring demand and diversity goals.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Leverage the Talent Acquisition technology stack and optimise tools throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and deliver talent solutions.
• Provide coaching on hiring best practices, interview techniques and selection decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, talent networks and direct outreach.
• Create compelling job advertisements and employer‑branding content.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies and vendors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and policies.
• Support compliance with local legislation and hiring governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in the ANZ market, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end, high‑volume or complex hiring in a hands‑on capacity.
