Senior Property Acquisitions Analyst

About the role

InvestorKit, a premier buyers agency in Australia, is looking for a Senior Property Acquisitions Analyst to lead its acquisition efforts. You will source, negotiate and secure high-quality properties that fit client strategies and company goals, overseeing the process from start until the contract is exchanged, then working with the Settlement Support team to ensure a smooth handover.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and secure properties that match client briefs and InvestorKit standards.
• Lead negotiations with selling agents to protect client interests.
• Carry out due diligence, including price and rental appraisals, pre-purchase inspection analysis and other purchasing-related investigations.
• Work with the Strategy and Research divisions to align property targets with market timing and client goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in the CRM, portals and shared systems.
• Manage the deal through to unconditional status and liaise with Settlement Support.
• Respond to feedback or incident reviews with improvement actions and take part in division discussions, training and development.
• Represent InvestorKit professionally to deliver a five-star client experience.

Required profile

• An active real estate licence in your home state.
• Attention to detail, negotiation strength, property knowledge and execution discipline.
• Ability to own your deals, learn from feedback and coach yourself.
