Senior Pronto Xi Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Pronto Xi Consultant to partner with retail clients on business transformation initiatives. The role combines high‑level client engagement, strategic analysis, and hands‑on ERP delivery, with a focus on embedding AI and automation into existing Pronto Xi environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead boardroom meetings, scoping workshops and deliver persuasive presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct end‑to‑end Pronto Xi demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Perform gap analyses, capture detailed business requirements and design customized solutions.
• Participate in full‑lifecycle Pronto Xi upgrades and implementations following client delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution quality.
• Map functional workflows and ensure integration with AI agents and automation platforms.
• Provide expert guidance across core Pronto Xi modules, especially for retail operations.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven experience delivering ERP projects in the retail sector (manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Excellent business analysis and process‑mapping skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior client executives and leading workshops.

Required skills

• Hands‑on configuration and functional knowledge of Pronto Xi (Financials, POS, Supply Chain, Inventory/Distribution, Service Management).
• Experience integrating AI agents and automation platforms with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in conducting functional testing and UAT.
