Senior Project Scheduler – Contact Center Transformation

About the role

Infosys BPM is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to act as Project Scheduler for a large‑scale contact centre transformation program in Sydney. The role involves creating and maintaining integrated delivery plans and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate planning workshops with business and delivery stakeholders to define scope, timelines, dependencies and milestones.
• Develop, own and maintain end‑to‑end project schedules in Microsoft Project (MPP), managing dependencies, resource allocations, critical path and milestone tracking.
• Perform regular schedule updates, re‑baselining and optimisation.
• Maintain Jira boards aligned with the master schedule, ensuring work items, sprints and epics reflect schedule timelines.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to track task‑level progress, identify blockers early and use Jira insights for status reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner on complex, multi‑stream programmes.
• Expert‑level proficiency (5/5) in Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for planning, tracking and reporting.
• Only candidates with full Australian work rights (valid visa) will be considered.
