Senior Project Manager – Windows 10 to 11 Deployment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a live, high‑visibility Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration for a large Australian organisation. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne or Brisbane, and starts immediately on a six‑month daily‑rate contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the enterprise Windows 10 → 11 rollout across multiple sites.
• Coordinate deployment waves, application readiness and rollout execution.
• Manage vendors, technical specialists and senior stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks and report progress to senior leadership.
• Balance governance requirements with a pragmatic, delivery‑first approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Windows 10 → 11 migrations in large, complex enterprises.
• Strong background in infrastructure, workplace technology or end‑user computing (EUC) project delivery.
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Resilient, pragmatic attitude with confidence to challenge obstacles and drive outcomes.
