Senior Project Manager – Technical Services

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical services projects across real estate and infrastructure. You will be responsible for full‑cycle delivery of building services such as HVAC, electrification, chillers and mechanical systems, from feasibility through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Define success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects.
• Identify and manage project risks and establish effective governance.
• Develop detailed project plans and oversee procurement of contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage change control and monitor project finances.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and produce formal progress reports.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or project management, or equivalent industry experience in building services.
• Minimum 3 years of autonomous project management experience delivering technical building services.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to interface with clients and consultants at all stages.
