Senior Project Manager - Remedial Works

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of major projects or a portfolio of complex remedial works, holding overall accountability for safety, quality, program and financial performance. The role oversees project teams from inception to completion, ensuring all works comply with contractual, legislative and RM Watson requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering remedial or façade projects in live or complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M+.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership of internal teams and subcontractors.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of the BCA, remedial construction techniques and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Project or similar.
