Senior Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex professional services engagements for government, defence and regulated enterprise clients, overseeing delivery from initiation to closure. Working within Cleared’s PMO, you will manage scope, schedule, budget and risks while ensuring compliance with the company’s governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent professional services projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, governance meetings, status reporting and project close‑out activities.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for customers, building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Apply Cleared’s PMO methodology, maintain RAID registers and ensure commercial performance monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies while contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex IT infrastructure, cloud or enterprise technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong project management, governance, budgeting and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working with defence, government or regulated enterprise clients is desirable.
