Senior Project Manager – Melbourne

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex talent‑solution projects in Melbourne. This 12‑month fixed‑term role combines disciplined project management with the agility required to thrive in fast‑moving, multi‑regional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation: Lead cross‑border, multi‑regional implementations for MSP, RPO and SOW solutions.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and act as the primary escalation point.
• Operational Excellence: Create and maintain project tools in Smartsheet and Google Workspace to track RAID logs, milestones and contractual documentation.
• Mentorship & Growth: Provide guidance and buddy support to new colleagues, sharing best practices.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a clear audit trail for all workstreams.

Required profile

• Logical thinker who can simplify complex data and situations.
• Proven experience managing complex implementations within RPO, MSP or SOW environments.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to manage virtual, multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects under time pressure.
