Senior Project Manager – Marine & Remedial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale marine and remedial infrastructure projects across Western Australia. You will own the delivery of high‑value contracts ($5M–$20M) from strategy through to close‑out, ensuring safety, client satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex marine and coastal remedial works.
• Develop and execute project strategies, programmes and critical‑path schedules.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to ensure safe outcomes.
• Champion a zero‑harm safety culture across all activities.
• Manage client relationships, anticipate needs and uncover growth opportunities.
• Control costs, optimise labour efficiency and drive commercial performance.
• Oversee contracts, claims and commercial risk management.
• Mentor and empower project teams and subcontractors.
• Handle procurement, negotiations for labour, materials and services.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and performance insights.
• Lead project close‑out, finalising deliverables and financials.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Construction; postgraduate qualification in Project Management is highly regarded.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, preferably in a senior project‑manager or leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large projects ($5M–$20M).
• Experience in marine, civil or remedial projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and regulations.
• Commercially astute with extensive contract and risk‑management experience.
