Senior Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction

About the role

Parkview is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale construction projects from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role drives outcomes, leads high-performing teams and acts as the main contact for clients and consultants across the project lifecycle, keeping projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards, with a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion
• Oversee procurement, contracts and construction schedules
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to align them with project goals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems and address issues proactively
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are implemented
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and grow professionally

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role
• Experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
• Strong understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
