Senior Project Manager

About the role

Lead delivery of major infrastructure programs and projects within a client‑side environment, influencing outcomes across the project lifecycle through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure key projects and programs are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Lead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a client‑side or consultant senior project manager capacity.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements.
• Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail in reporting.
