Senior Project Manager

About the role

This 6‑month contract position is based in Brisbane and focuses on leading large‑scale CRM and customer transformation programmes. You will act as the primary client‑facing project lead, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, execute and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Deliver complex CRM and customer transformation programmes on time, within budget and to business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Oversee large‑scale enterprise projects or multiple inter‑related workstreams requiring cross‑functional coordination.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, scope, priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams and implementation partners to deliver enterprise CRM capabilities.
• Manage business readiness, communication, organisational change and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful sign‑off and production transition.
• Control project financials, resource utilisation and governance for programmes exceeding $5M AUD.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise‑scale CRM, customer experience or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong background delivering Salesforce implementations or enhancements in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven record managing external client‑facing projects and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading project teams of 20+ resources across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $5M AUD.
• Deep understanding of CRM platforms, customer engagement processes and transformation initiatives across Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce.
• Ability to balance business objectives with technical delivery requirements to create realistic project plans.
