Senior Project Manager

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large‑scale technical and network programs within regulated environments across Australia. The role combines strong project management expertise with a focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical and network programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in line with business objectives.
• Apply PMBOK and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, network, security, and operations.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor performance, provide status reporting, and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technical and network projects in regulated or telecom/security environments.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Experience with stakeholder management and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with lawful interception or similar regulated telecom processes.
