Senior Project Manager

About the role

ConsultANZ is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead major piling, foundation, geotechnical and heavy civil infrastructure projects for a leading contractor in Queensland. The role offers senior leadership responsibilities across multiple sites in Brisbane and the wider QLD region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major piling, foundation and ground engineering projects across Queensland.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring safety, programme, quality and cost targets are met.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
• Drive commercial and operational performance, maintaining effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to business performance, team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a contractor environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability.
• Demonstrated leadership experience developing project delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
