Senior Project Manager

About the role

ConsultANZ is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead major piling, foundation, geotechnical and heavy civil infrastructure projects for a leading contractor in Queensland. The role offers senior leadership responsibility across multiple sites and a competitive remuneration package.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major piling, foundation and ground engineering projects across Queensland.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring safety, programme, quality and cost targets are met.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
• Drive strong commercial and operational performance across projects.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute positively to business performance, team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery capability.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing project delivery teams.
• Hands‑on project delivery experience within contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of construction execution, programme delivery, commercial management and site operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
