Senior Project Manager – Industrial Projects (South Australia)

About the role

This position offers an exciting chance to lead the delivery of large‑scale industrial and infrastructure projects across South Australia. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of new‑build facilities within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of major industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Control programme, budget, safety, quality and risk outcomes.
• Lead consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams.
• Drive construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, on‑schedule delivery.
• Support site‑based engineers, supervisors and site managers.
• Partner with senior leadership on project strategy, planning and delivery improvements.
• Assist in implementing innovative construction methodologies and accelerated delivery programmes.
• Promote a collaborative, solutions‑focused project culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, infrastructure or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong background in new‑build construction with civil, structural steel, precast and services components.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Robust commercial, contractual and programme management capability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with developers, client‑side PM firms or major contractors is highly regarded.
• Data‑centre experience is not essential.
