Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong industrial and logistics background to join its Project & Development Services team. The role combines project delivery, client relationship management and business development, and suits a commercially minded leader who can build trust with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams and identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrial and logistics projects from initial briefing and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, programmes, quality and risk.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to achieve agreed project outcomes.
• Act as a key client contact, giving clear advice and managing expectations throughout delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the industrial and logistics sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, pitches and winning new work.
• Lead and mentor project team members.

Required profile

• A minimum of 10 years' project management experience, including substantial experience delivering industrial and logistics projects.
• Industrial and logistics project experience is essential.
• Demonstrated success managing complex construction and property projects.
• Strong industry network and the ability to develop client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, property or a related discipline.
• Australian citizenship is essential.
