Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre

About the role

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑profile hyperscale data centre project in Melbourne. You will be responsible for delivering a complex, technically demanding construction programme from design through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including project managers, engineers and site personnel.
• Drive programme, procurement, commercial outcomes and overall project performance.
• Maintain strong standards across safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Identify and manage project risks, design issues and critical‑path activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering major commercial construction projects.
• Previous experience on data centres or similarly services‑intensive projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of complex building services and commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage large project teams and major subcontract packages.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
