Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi‑year enterprise transformation for a leading aged‑care provider. The role involves modernising critical systems and processes across ERP, CRM and integration platforms to improve operational effectiveness and community services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide a multi‑year program covering ERP, CRM, integration and business‑critical applications.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, executives, vendor partners and internal specialists to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and drive continuous improvement to achieve project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes and enterprise application implementations.
• Background in ERP, CRM and Microsoft technology environments such as Dynamics 365 or Business Central.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence skills at all organisational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, delivery partners and cross‑functional teams.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a people‑first leadership approach.
• Passion for continuous improvement and enhancing project delivery capabilities.
