Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial, industrial and institutional construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M. This is a long‑term position within a well‑established, growing construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to program schedules, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, design consultants and other relevant parties.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with company and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven background with commercial‑industrial builders, preferably on projects valued between $5M and $50M.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
• Strong client‑facing capabilities while leading site personnel to achieve results.
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a live project environment.
