Senior Project Manager – Client Side (Education & Health)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on the client side of education, health and commercial construction projects. The role will involve managing projects from feasibility through to delivery, including new builds, refurbishments and upgrades ranging from $50 million to $500 million+.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Oversee design management, value engineering and procurement of construction services.
• Control costs, produce cost reports and ensure budget compliance.
• Supervise construction delivery and act as superintendent on site.
• Manage commissioning activities and post‑contract handover duties.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5‑10+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience on building projects.
• Experience delivering education projects is preferred; health or commercial experience is also considered.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
• Previous client‑side project management experience is desirable.
