Senior Product Manager - OneOps AI Foundations

About the role

CommBank is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its OneOps AI Foundations team, which sits at the centre of the bank's operational transformation agenda. The role leads strategic platform capabilities that power AI-enabled operations at enterprise scale, working alongside engineering, architecture and data science teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product capabilities and initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
• Translate strategic objectives and operational challenges into clear product outcomes and priorities
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs and success measures aligned to OneOps priorities
• Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, operations and risk teams to deliver measurable business value
• Define success metrics, monitor performance and use evidence-based insights to inform product decisions
• Manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs to maintain delivery momentum
• Drive adoption, reuse and optimisation of AI-enabled and platform capabilities
• Contribute to a high-performing product culture through leadership, coaching and collaboration

Required profile

• Significant experience leading product delivery in complex technology or digital environments
• Proven track record of taking products or capabilities from discovery through delivery, adoption and optimisation
• Experience working with AI, automation, data or emerging technologies
• Ability to partner with engineers, architects and data scientists in complex technical environments
• Experience building platform, shared-service or reusable capabilities supporting multiple teams or customer groups
• Understanding of governance, controls and risk management, ideally within a regulated industry
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
