Technical Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors LMS

About the role

A Technical Project Manager is needed to lead the statewide SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation for a leading healthcare client. The role covers successful delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management and system integration. It is based in Brisbane CBD on a hybrid basis, under contract until June 2027 with a likely extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the statewide SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation for a major healthcare client
• Ensure successful delivery of the project
• Manage stakeholder engagement
• Handle delivery risks and system integration

Required profile

• Technical project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Stakeholder, vendor and delivery risk management skills

Required skills

• PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, Agile and SAFe methodologies
• SAP SuccessFactors implementation and SAP Activate methodology
