Senior Product Manager

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead portfolio strategy, growth and market adoption for the Airway, Breathing Systems & Airway Access portfolio. The role blends strategic marketing, product lifecycle management, market analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver value to healthcare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, annual marketing plans and go‑to‑market initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Assess market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to inform portfolio decisions and growth strategies.
• Lead product launch planning, market readiness activities, demand forecasting and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clinical stakeholders and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, operations, customer service and supply chain teams to optimise portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, engineering or healthcare‑related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product or portfolio growth strategies and analyse market data.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with experience managing multiple projects across cross‑functional teams.
