Senior Product Designer (AI-native SaaS)

About the role

Deputy is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of work for millions of shift workers worldwide. You will create intuitive, impactful tools that empower businesses and their teams, while working in an AI‑native environment that encourages creativity and responsible use of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design within a multidisciplinary squad, shaping product vision and strategy.
• Craft intuitive, data‑driven solutions that simplify and enrich the daily work of shift workers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define road‑maps and deliver impactful features.
• Conduct user research and analyse metrics to build a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Own the end‑to‑end design journey, from concept through prototyping to final hand‑off.
