Senior Practitioner – Housing Support & Family Connections

About the role

This full‑time senior practitioner position supports children, young people and families experiencing homelessness, complex needs and family violence. The role is primarily weekend‑based with some weekday hours, operating across Ringwood and Boronia.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, support and motivate a team of practitioners, providing clinical and operational supervision.
• Coordinate inclusive service delivery systems covering intake, assessment, case planning, intervention and referral.
• Lead daily operations, manage caseloads, conduct team meetings and supervise staff.
• Manage risk and safety concerns through continuous assessment and review.
• Oversee data management, risk reporting and quality improvement to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
• Current driver’s licence.
