Senior People & Culture Digital & Insights Specialist

About the role

Built, a privately owned construction company operating across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, is looking for a Senior People & Culture Digital & Insights Specialist in Sydney. The role turns people data and business requirements into trusted reporting, practical insights and better digital solutions, working closely with People & Culture, IT and Digital & Data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise Power BI dashboards, reporting products and workforce insights to support informed decision making.
• Strengthen people data quality, governance and reporting standards so workforce information is trusted and consistent.
• Act as a senior point of contact for people systems, workflows and integrations, supporting issue resolution, enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to People & Culture process optimisation initiatives that improve digital capabilities and future ways of working.
• Support key annual people processes through system, data and reporting readiness.

Required profile

• Experience working with HR or people data and a strong understanding of how HR systems, processes and reporting operate.
• Data analytics background, ideally developed within a large or complex organisation.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining or improving an HRIS and its workflows, data and integrations.
• Exposure to remuneration analytics, system implementations, data governance, automation or process optimisation.
• Ability to work across P&C, technology and data teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI and Excel, including dashboard development, data modelling, visualisation and reporting.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach with the ability to connect work to the bigger picture.
