About the role

Bayside Health, a public health service covering metropolitan Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, Koo Wee Rup, Bass Coast and Southern Gippsland, is hiring a Senior People & Culture Business Partner for its People and Culture team. The role sits at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston and partners with leaders across Bayside Health and Peninsula Care Group to deliver strategic people solutions in a large, complex healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance across employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, organisational development, workplace culture and change management.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and help create engaged, high-performing teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated HR business partnering and coaching experience within a medium to large organisation.
• Significant experience with a wide range of employee and industrial relations issues.
• Experience preparing Fair Work Australia processes, including document submission and participation in conciliation.
