Senior Operations Performance Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Operations Performance Coordinator provides high‑quality analytical, reporting and insights support to the Global Sales & Conversion team and wider Future Students stakeholders. The role drives data‑driven analysis, improves reporting standards and supports strategic decision‑making across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive operational reporting for the Global Student Recruitment team, meeting critical statistical deadlines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify recurring reporting needs and develop sustainable reporting solutions.
• Enhance data governance, quality assurance and documentation practices, and promote self‑service reporting.
• Conduct complex analytical work such as end‑to‑end attribution and ROI reporting using multiple data sources.
• Support definition, monitoring and consistent application of key performance measures across multiple teams.

• Proven ability to build deep relationships with digital and business stakeholders across the university.
• Well‑developed interpersonal and negotiation skills within a complex organisational setting.

Required skills

• Programming/coding experience in Python, SQL, R, Matlab or Scala.
• Data visualisation using PowerBI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio.
• Experience with databases such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with dbt frameworks and Martech platforms.
