Senior Operations Associate – Supply Chain & Fulfilment

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join Eucalyptus’s Supply Chain & Fulfilment team. In this role you will own the day‑to‑day logistics network, resolve delivery issues and lead projects that scale our fulfilment operations as order volumes increase.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal point of contact for logistics, handling delivery issues, delays, returns and damages and coordinating resolutions with couriers and pharmacies.
• Manage relationships with logistics carriers, address performance problems, evaluate alternatives, run trials and implement changes.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives across logistics and fulfilment, tracking savings and impact on cost per order.
• Improve the patient delivery experience by identifying and delivering enhancements to speed, reliability, flexibility and convenience.
• Partner with the Operations Lead on large‑scale improvement projects covering packaging strategy, capacity scaling, cost optimisation and peak‑period planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Patient Experience, Finance and Medical teams to align operational improvements.

Required profile

• Structured thinker with a strong focus on understanding the “why” behind operational challenges.
• Data‑driven and process‑oriented mindset, comfortable analysing metrics and reporting.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and a continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or fulfilment operations, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
