Senior MSP Engineer (L3) – Azure, Modern Workplace, Projects & Pre‑Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MSP Engineer (Level 3) to join our growing team in North Parramatta. This senior‑level position blends technical leadership, project delivery, escalation handling and pre‑sales support across Azure and Modern Workplace technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Azure and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Act as the senior escalation point for cloud, Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Lead project delivery across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and hybrid environments.
• Support solution design and pre‑sales engagements.
• Promote best practices in cloud, identity, security and infrastructure.
• Improve and support broader client environments as needed.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team capability.
• Manage competing priorities across projects, escalations and customer initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong expertise in Azure architecture, identity and security.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructures including Windows Server.
• Ability to handle complex client environments and design robust solutions.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract.
• Salary range $115,000 – $135,000 + Super.
