Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Trendspek is building the world’s first Structural Lifecycle Management System for critical infrastructure. As the Senior Marketing Manager you will join the leadership team early, working side‑by‑side with the COO and Sales to define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for a brand‑new category.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the full marketing function, including strategy, systems, attribution models and board‑level reporting.
• Partner with Sales as a true peer, co‑owning pipeline targets and aligning demand generation activities.
• Develop and own the narrative that educates a market that does not yet recognize the problem.
• Create thought‑leadership content, run events and manage campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Utilise HubSpot for automation, lead nurturing and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience building an enterprise‑scale marketing engine from the ground up.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with hands‑on execution and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership in a fast‑growing startup.
• Track record of delivering marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline.
