Senior Marketing and Communications Leader

About the role

ACOR is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Leader to shape the firm’s national brand, market visibility and storytelling. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work from one of our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices and partner closely with the Executive Team and senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national marketing, brand and communications strategy that drives business growth.
• Lead targeted campaigns, thought‑leadership initiatives and digital engagement to strengthen market presence.
• Protect and promote the ACOR brand across all external channels, including website and social media.
• Collaborate with technical and business leaders to create compelling content showcasing projects and expertise.
• Measure marketing performance and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leadership experience in engineering, professional services, consulting or a comparable B2B environment.
• Proven success developing and executing brand, marketing and communications strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to work with CEOs, executives and senior stakeholders to influence organisational direction.
• Commercially focused, proactive leader who balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
