Senior Manager, Supported Independent Living

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Supported Independent Living to join the leadership team at Somerville Community Services. Based in Darwin, this position provides strategic and operational leadership for SIL services across the Northern Territory, ensuring safe, high‑quality outcomes for people with disability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers and oversee service quality and operational performance of SIL services.
• Drive service growth, continuous improvement and compliance with NDIS and safeguarding standards.
• Develop and implement strategic decisions and service development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics and ensure safe, high‑quality services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in disability services leadership, particularly in Supported Independent Living.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS, safeguarding, compliance and multi‑site team management.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and manage a significant service portfolio.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and regulations.
• Experience with safeguarding and compliance processes.
• Leadership of regional teams across multiple locations.

• Salary $145,000–$155,000 plus superannuation.
