Senior Manager, IT Audit and Assurance

About the role

The Senior Manager, IT Audit and Assurance will lead client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and building lasting relationships. You will develop a deep understanding of client businesses while providing high‑quality audit and assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT audit projects, including assessment of IT General Controls and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering quality outcomes and strategic advice.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Travel to client sites as required to meet project needs.

Required profile

• Prior management and supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work under pressure.
• Professional certification such as CISA, PRINCE2, CRISC, CISSP or PCI‑DSS preferred.

Required skills

• IT auditing processes and methodologies (IT General Controls, flowcharting).
• IT Project Management – Agile, DevOps, Waterfall.
• Software Development Lifecycle knowledge.
• IT frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, COSO.
• IT Governance and Risk Management.
• Information Security standards (ISO 27000 series).
• ERP applications, data governance, data quality and data management.
• Digital transformation concepts, including robotic process automation.
