Senior Litigation Lawyer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning law firm in Parramatta’s CBD as a Senior Litigation Lawyer. You will own complex commercial disputes from inception to resolution, working directly with high‑net‑worth clients and senior partners in a collaborative, non‑hierarchical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering commercial, civil, construction, equity and regulatory disputes.
• Run matters end‑to‑end, from initiation through settlement, hearing or judgment.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and detailed legal advice.
• Represent clients in court, mediations and negotiations.
• Develop business, contribute to client growth and mentor junior lawyers.

Required profile

• 10+ years post‑admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of NSW courts and procedures, including NCAT.
• Proven ability to handle matters autonomously.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑filing systems and litigation technology.
