Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate commercial disputes across contractual, shareholder, and directors' duties matters.
• Conduct regulatory investigations with agencies such as ASIC and ACCC.
• Collaborate closely with three leading litigators and other partners within the practice.
• Provide strategic advice on misleading and deceptive conduct and white‑collar crime issues.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with more than three years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of litigious matters, including corporate and regulatory cases.
• Strong attention to detail and well‑developed analytical skills.
