About the role

An established, purpose-driven organisation in Perth is seeking two experienced lawyers to join its specialist in-house legal team. You will manage a range of litigation and prosecution matters, give strategic legal advice and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role suits lawyers from criminal law, litigation, regulatory or prosecution backgrounds who want variety, autonomy and a strong sense of purpose.

Key responsibilities

Manage litigation and prosecution matters from initial assessment through to resolution
Provide legal advice on investigations, enforcement and evidentiary matters
Prepare court documents, submissions and legal correspondence
Appear in court and manage matters throughout the litigation process
Advise on the interpretation and application of relevant legislation
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice and effective outcomes
