Senior Lead, Value Chain Enablement

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Senior Lead for Value Chain Enablement (reference 126174) within its Group Operations division, based in Dockland, Melbourne. The role drives the post-delivery implementation of PACT BAU activities across the Home Loans portfolio to meet obligations under the APRA Court Enforceable Undertaking (CEU), and supports the build-out of the Home Loans Value Chain and Business Operation Model. It is a 12-month, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of PACT Value Chain implementation and embedment activities across the Home Loans portfolio, meeting milestones on agreed timelines.
• Work with Value Chain Partners to develop the Performance Measurement and Monitoring view of Home Loans, across operational, governance and risk metrics.
• Embed measurement and monitoring into business processes and rhythms so changes are understood, adopted and sustainable.
• Develop sustainable rhythms linking change initiative delivery with process governance and Value Chain oversight to support NFR management and monitoring.
• Engage stakeholders across the value chain to build out Value Chain activities and resolve delivery blockers.
• Support the preparation of Working Group and RMF packs, including status reporting and escalation of risks and issues.

Required profile

• Ideally qualifications in political studies, public policy, law, commerce or similar.
• Experience managing and influencing internal and external groups of complex stakeholders.
• Understanding of or experience working in financial services across multiple business units.
• Extensive background in government, public policy or corporate affairs roles.

Required skills

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with experience in a large company.
• Ability to interpret and simplify complex information.
