Senior Internal Auditor – Global Technology & Business Audits

About the role

As a Senior Internal Auditor at IMC, you will lead end‑to‑end audits across global business units, evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, processes, applications, and technology‑enabled systems. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable recommendations to improve risk management and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute business, operational and technology audits across global units.
• Assess internal control design and effectiveness, including IT general controls, cybersecurity, identity and access management, change management, data governance, cloud environments and third‑party technology.
• Prepare and present high‑quality audit reports with clear, concise findings and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels and regions to deliver practical audit outcomes.
• Travel internationally (~25%) to conduct audits and collaborate with global teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of internal audit, technology audit, risk or assurance experience.
• Proven ability to lead business and technology‑focused audits and drive change.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CA are preferred.
