About the role
Join Miele’s Delivery & Installation team as a Senior Installer, leading the delivery of premium appliances to customers’ homes while mentoring and training fellow installers.
Key responsibilities
- Safely deliver and install Miele appliances, including complex and premium products.
- Provide on‑the‑job coaching and refresher training for new and existing installers.
- Assist with route preparation, warehouse operations and fleet support as needed.
- Maintain compliance with OH&S, transport and company procedures.
- Complete delivery documentation, device setup and reporting accurately.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills to represent a premium brand.
- Leadership capability with confidence to support and train team members.
- Safe and reliable driving history with strong time‑management abilities.
- Physical capability to undertake manual handling duties.
Required skills
- MR truck and/or forklift licence.
- Experience in final‑mile delivery, appliance installation or logistics operations.
- Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse or logistics systems.
