About the role
A well-established mining contractor with more than 15 years in the industry is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor for a 2:2 FIFO position from Perth. The role is based on a major hard-rock mining operation and supports both the expansion of the processing plant and the ongoing maintenance of existing infrastructure. It sits within a stable, high-performing team that values positive engagement and strong safety leadership.
Required profile
- Cert IV WHS (mandatory)
- Cert IV TAE (highly regarded)
- Diploma WHS (desired)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong communication, coaching and engagement capability
- Healthy, positive attitude and ability to influence at all levels
