Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager – Sunshine Coast

About the role

ANZ is looking for an experienced Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager to join its Sunshine Coast team. You will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their residential or investment properties while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the entire loan process, from application to settlement.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to ANZ’s growth in the home and investment lending market.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve turnaround times.
• Utilise dedicated capability coaches to develop personal lending expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home or investment lending, preferably within a bank.
• Deep understanding of the Sunshine Coast property market.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of home and investment loan products and processes.
