Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager (Brisbane)

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager to join its Australian Retail division in the Brisbane South region. You will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase, and own residential or investment properties while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the mortgage application process, from pre‑approval to settlement.
• Achieve loan‑originations targets in line with ANZ’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve turnaround times.
• Utilise dedicated capability coaches to develop personal lending expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home or investment lending within a retail banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland property market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
