Senior Head of Production

About the role

Alex Perry is seeking an experienced Senior Head of Production to lead the next phase of its global production, sourcing and manufacturing strategy. Reporting to the Director and COO, this pivotal leadership role will shape the operational platform that supports continued growth and scalability of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global production and manufacturing operations.
• Drive supply chain optimisation, capacity planning and sourcing strategy.
• Build strategic partnerships with offshore manufacturing partners and fabric suppliers.
• Own production critical‑path delivery and operational performance.
• Manage product costing, margins and production budgets.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing production team.
• Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and operational scalability.

Required profile

• Significant experience in fashion production, sourcing or supply chain leadership.
• Strong track record managing offshore manufacturing operations and global vendor networks.
• Advanced commercial and financial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of garment production, sourcing and critical‑path management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution.
